Turf looks great. Took a week longer than quoted because of the material delay.

Reply from the owner

Thanks, James, and you're right about the delay. Our supplier was short on infill that week and we should have called you sooner. Glad the turf came out the way you wanted.

No quote goes quiet

Most jobs are lost to silence, not price. Follow-ups go out on a schedule, in your voice, so you're still in the running when the homeowner is ready.

Run by someone who's been on the job site.

I'm Victor Arellano. I ran a landscape construction company for 10 years, so I know what spring looks like when the phone won't stop, the quotes stack up and the office work waits until 10 at night.

Northfield takes that office work off your plate. I know what a retaining wall bid should look like and what homeowners want to hear before they sign, and I do it all by email and text so you can stay on the job.

Questions contractors ask.

Do I have to give you my Google password?

No. You add me as a Manager from your own Business Profile settings. You stay the owner, I can't remove you or delete anything, and you can remove me anytime from the same screen.

Will I have to get on calls?

No. Everything runs by email and text: you send photos and a quick note when a job finishes or a quote goes out, and you get a report every Friday. If you ever want a call, we can schedule one.

Can you get my business to the top of Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that. What I can promise is the work that homeowners notice: fresh reviews with real replies, recent posts and quotes that get followed up.

Do you write fake reviews or only ask happy customers?

Never. Google bans fake, paid and filtered reviews, and breaking those rules can get your profile restricted. Every customer gets asked the same way.

What if something gets missed?

If a weekly post or a review reply is missed, that month is credited.

Why a 6-month minimum?

Reviews and an active profile build up over months, not weeks. Six months is enough time to see the difference. After that it's month to month.

See your profile the way homeowners do.

Tell me your company name and I'll email back a short audit of your Google profile: what's working, and what's costing you calls. Free, no call needed.
